  We recognized with training becoming a more popular way of achieving one's fitness goals, overcrowding in gyms made the experience uncomfortable for clients.  The sessions would become less and less personal making it an unpleasant experience for the client and the trainer.  Having to deal with unclean, non-maintained equipment, unruly members, poor housekeeping, non-supportive staff, bad music or locked in cardio-theater made it difficult for clients to enjoy their experience.

  This is what drove us to open our own studio and.....

    We designed our facility to feel like a home studio.  The parking is most convienent.  There are municipal lots on either side of the building.  No more looking for a parking space on the street.

  We offer a more affordable alternative to the mega gyms.  Why pay a gym membership if all you go there for is personal training?  Save money, pay only for the training, while exercising in a more intimate and private atmosphere.  We also offer pole dance fitness classes for the ladies.
