  Get Fit 516 is the vision of Ken Grant and Mike Masone.  We are certified personal trainers with over ten years experience.

  We recognized with training becoming a more popular way of achieving one's fitness goals, overcrowding in gyms made the experience uncomfortable for clients.  The sessions would become less and less personal making it an unpleasant experience for the client and the trainer.  Having to deal with unclean, non-maintained equipment, unruly members, poor housekeeping, non-supportive staff, bad music or locked in cardio-theater made it difficult for clients to enjoy their experience.

  This is what drove us to open our own studio and.....

Your first experience at the studio is a brief tour and qualifying fitness and health assessment.  You are exposed to "state of the art" equipment that you are not likely to see anywhere else.  Equipment like the "Absolo", "Espresso S2 VR Bike", "Abcoaster" and the "Cybex Arc Trainer", just to name a few.

  We have flat screen televisions and satellite radio for your added enjoyment.

    We designed our facility to feel like a home studio.  Parquet wood floors, six foot beveled mirrors, halogen track lighting and wood moulding tastefully accent the equipment.  The parking is most convienent.  There are municipal lots on either side of the building.  No more looking for a parking space in crowded lots.
